The 104th London Internet Exchange membership conference, LINX104, took place at the Park Plaza Victoria in London on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th February 2019.
On day 1 of the two day event LINX’s Chief Marketing Officer, Kurtis Lindqvist, gave an overview of the new JEDIX Internet exchange which is being established in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It was an interesting and varied discussion during the presentation with many LINX members expressing an interest in joining and peering traffic in the region later during the networking and break out sessions.
The next LINX member conference, LINX105, is the London exchange’s annual general meeting and Board elections in May. This event will take place on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th of May at the same venue.
